Principal's Message

It is with great pleasure that I welcome all students and their families to Sacred Heart School Mildmay!

I cannot say enough how blessed I feel to be able to start this new and exciting learning journey with such a supportive and kind school community.  Sacred Heart School is a community that promotes various opportunities for us to pray, learn, play & grow as a faith community. With many new faces at school this year, we will continue to deepen our commitment to truly being a place, a school, a community of believers, where Christ walks daily. We will strive to be his words, hands & feet demonstrating our service to one another and service to the Lord. 

I would especially like to welcome all of our new JK students who are beginning their educational journey. As well, a special welcome to all new families who are joining our community this year. We are committed to ensuring your child’s success in all facets of their well-being.  Your child’s social and emotional well-being is a top priority as we start to build community in our new classrooms with our new peers and staff.  

I believe that great schools are a result of great teachers, staff, parents, and community members. It is my goal to help grow our purposeful community through working together on our shared beliefs, communication, professional development, and collaboration with all stakeholders while continuing to nurture and foster the tremendous culture embedded at Sacred Heart School.

I firmly believe that every child can exceed and that the cooperation between home and school builds trust and self-esteem in students. My mission is that all students use their highest potential to shape their future, consequently, the future of our community and our nation. With my goal of advancing the culture of excellence here at Sacred Heart School, I am devoted to continually exploring new ideas to meet the needs of all students.
